When the city changed its zoning laws, we decided to add a basement suite to a rental home that we own. Corey's company came highly recommended, and I can honestly say I know why! Corey's brand is hard work, top quality materials, and pride of product. He was unbelievably organized and accurate, so there were no cost over-runs and the project was completed as promised on schedule. This was at least partly due to Corey's commitment to working with skilled tradespeople with a proven track record. The value of this became more apparent to us as time went on and there was not one single delay. We were also amazed to see how much of the physical work Corey did himself! Brandon construction and it is all smooth sailing with this construction company the work sight is always clean and ready for the next trade to come work and everything is scheduled and on time. Highly recommend! Corey worked on an interior reno of our 1929 house. We appreciated his honest communication and flexibility in meeting our needs. Working on an old house is never straight forward, so we were very grateful for his dedication and attentiveness to seeing the project through with high quality work.

Corey did an amazing job installing a sliding door and building a deck for us! He was fast and very detail oriented. He also looked after removing an old fireplace from the basement and rebuilding the wall. He did what he said he would when he would, no delays or excuses! Everything was kept very clean and organized throughout the entire project! I will definitely call Corey again for future renos and would not hesitate to recommend him if you need a great contractor!
